We are a Legal Document Preparation Service that provides an experienced in-house legal team of parental advocates. Most people think of "legal zoom" or "we the people", close but we are more niche. We prepare all court documents acceptable to Family Law Judges for fathers and mothers who can't afford the ridiculous cost of a local attorney. This helps them resolve issues pertaining to: custody, child support, visitation, divorce, etc. Our customers are guided step by step in the process of representing themselves - we offer guidance to those who choose not to use us by guiding them to an outside source - such as an attorney - or if their preference is to do it themselves we offer information that is needed to do so. We care about each and every parent and child we help. Our legal team which is comprised of paralegals and in-house attorneys are experienced, responsible, dedicated and efficient. We deliver on the product we promise.
We have a proven business model so there will be alot more work in the next month as we need landing page, 5 page website, email templates, parent resource section...
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Logo and stationery also for use on business cards.
This is our first logo and we are building a brand that fathers and mothers can recognize and trust.
It goes without saying that the logo must be attractive, easy to read, and memorable..blah blah blah. We want to stand out and bring the thought of trust, hope, experience and competence to mind for desperate parents who haven't seen their kids.
Different variations of a capital "C" and lowercase "c" would be great also.
We have helped over 5000 parents resolve their custody issues and therefore are the "Custody Headquarters". We are the true and affordable alternative to high priced law firms but we we still want to give the impression that we are capable enough to compete with them. We truly care about each of our parents and want the logo to come across as such but with a creative flair.
We prefer the designs to be simple yet eye-catching and recognizable from a distance. Creative and artistic designs are encouraged but with an eye on simplicity and strength. Logo must look good in black and white, as well as in color.
For the logo and design that we select we will also be awarding a separate project to incorporate our "tag line" that our genius copywriter is developing.
Ultimately we will be running a television campaign so the logo and brand must be solid enough for television presence.
Very simple nothing to flashy as this will only be used in the cover letter to the parents with their court documents and on our business card; We envisioned something in the top center but are flexible.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
90% fathers, 10% mothers. Men who have custody and child support concerns that cannot afford the exorbitant expense of retaining an attorney.
We want our customers to hear the "HQ" and think of the one place that is capable of handling all of their family legal needs. We are accessible and want to appeal to all income ranges.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Professional, modern, bold, strong. We are not a law firm (and we disclose that) but it's ok to create that appearance in a sense. Everybody wants a google, ibm, coca cola, so just go ahead and dream big...
Not too graphics intensive or flashy. I wish I had the exact thing in mind but I guess that's why we are here...
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
No bright colors, probably just solids unless you think it's the one.
