LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Red Seed Group is an education & training, management consulting, and financial services firm operating in the greenhouse gas emissions and natural capital sectors. Red Seed Group is a mission driven organization that is committed to the utilization of market mechanisms to change behavior and move our world into a sustainable future.
It is all too common for players in this market/industry to use greens and blues in their color scheme and logos. Red Seed Group wants to break from that clichd tradition and differentiate itself.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A LOGO and BUSINESS CARD design. We will be monitoring submissions regularly and will give as much feedback to our artists as possible. Thanks in advance for your work!
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
The logo and our business cards must immediately communicate professionalism at the executive level. We communicate with executive management in small, mid-size, and large companies (both public and private). We also maintain and cultivate professional partnerships with organizations all over the world, with for profits and NGOs.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We like impact. We like transcendence. We like brand image.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Utilize the RED. Red represents life, blood, power, sanguine emotion, confidence, warmth, passion. Open to whatever color pairings that work well (e.g. gray, white, black, other shades of red, whatever you think) just avoid green so we're not associated with particular holidays. Also in this regard, please be mindful of the printing process and costs associated with multiple colors.
The seed represents new beginning, endless possibility, regeneration, sustainability, the idea, the kernel, origin, foundation.
Clutter-free, please. Clean, crisp, sleek, striking.
Looking for iconography, scalability, timelessness, recognizability.
Open to Red Seed Group, or red seed group, or any artistic license with font, capitalization, etc.
Incorporate the imagery into the text or not. Up to you, but the ability to separate the two has its advantages
We are interested in creating an experience with our audience. The business card will represent us when we are not there, so it should be engaging. It must maintain an air of professionalism, but should also be progressivepush whatever envelopes youd like.
