LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are the Colorado Center for Bone Research and were one of the leading practices in the United States for diagnosing and treating metabolic bone diseases such as osteoporosis, Pagets disease, Celiac disease and all other diseases relating to bones. The practice is led by the esteemed Dr. Paul Miller, one of the top five U.S. specialists in metabolic bone disease. Dr. Miller is also internationally recognized and sought worldwide by physicians, drug companies and patients who find his expertise unmatched. He travels the globe to impart his knowledge to improve patient care throughout the world.
In addition to diagnosis and treatment, the Colorado Center for Bone Research leads extensive studies relating to metabolic bone disease and participates in the clinical evaluation of new drug therapies and treatments to improve health.
Despite the demands of Dr. Millers professional schedule, he has never lost sight of his first priority his patients. Patients who find themselves at the Colorado Center for Bone Research appreciate that Dr. Miller takes into account all aspects of their well being that is to say that he personally reads all bone scans, recommends the proper treatment and details the right nutritional and exercise regimen. The goal of every patient is to improve health, well-being and quality of life.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
This project is for: a medical practice identity a logo, letterhead/envelope and business card design.
This logo and design will be integrated into a website design that is occurring under a separate project. The practice currently doesnt have a website.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Patients are the primary audience about 65 percent of the audience will be over the age of 55. Secondary audiences include other physicians, conference planners, media/reporters, drug companies and others.
We want visitors to feel confident and inspired to live their best lives.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We are open to all creative ideas. We want to inspire patients to live their best lives one that will be supported by Colorado Center for Bone Research.
A design that demonstrates a complete approach to bone health will be appreciated. The design may be an abstract nod to a spinal column, joint or other bone reference will also be valued. Certainly, the design may suggest health, harmony and energy. While Dr. Miller is globally known the design should not feature a globe or other geographical reference. Health is the important feature.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We do not want a logo that is too similar or one that may be confused with what the drug companies use (see Boniva www.boniva.com, Actonel www.actonel.com, Reclast www.reclast.com, or the others used to treat osteoporosis).
The logo must be clear when projected via PowerPoint in a large conference setting and work equally well on a business card. The logo must feature the entire name of the practice: Colorado Center for Bone Research.
Were open to various colors, but certainly those colors that will put patients at ease and promote a healthy feeling will be favored.
No clipart in the design. The project must be original and creative.
