LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a 75 year old building services company in the Philadelphia region that does a variety of building services, mostly outdoor. Our hallmark service is high rise window cleaning. We are considered the industry experts and are called upon locally, nationally and even internationally for complex high rise jobs.
Our logo is very dated but the J is critically important as is the color. We want a more modern logo that uses the color and J but in a recognizable contemporary manner.
We are looking to expand our geographical footprint and a new logo and typeface that connects to the old but is updated will be key.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We want a new logo and typeface that uses the color 200 pms and the J but in a new way. it will also be used on trucks and shirts and uniforms and many promotional products, including signage.
Sometimes the logo on shirts and vehicles the colors is reversed out and the logo is gold against a burgundy background. It must be instantly recognizable as being a new version of the old logo.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Building owners and managers, apt building and condo buildings property managers, hospitals, universities property managers or any commercial and industrial real estate managers. We sell to typically to property managers or facility managers.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
Must have a J that looks like existing company J (see attachment) and use PMS 200.
