Creative Brief

Who are you?

- WIth this product large organizations and users can find information
from all sources.

- Large organizations have more and more data, which is stored in many
different systems.

Be able to search & Retrieve:
- Documents in large organizations (mail, pdf's, .docs etc)
- from web- and intranet sources
- from other applications

- View, sort or order your results

- Connect to and combine data from Windows servers, Apple servers, CRM
applications, ERP applications, Web sites

There are three different editions:

- Premium
- Premium Pro
- Custom

Every package should have his own color so that you know what product
you are purchasing. (see: document colors 230610.doc)

What do you need?

We need a complete corporate identity:

- logo
- Stationery
- business cards
- Visual identity manual for Zieso to create a comprehensive consumer brand experience.

Future:
- brochures
- website
- advertisement designs

Look & Feel:
The corporate identity must show and have the look & feel that searching for files (even in mail) and all kinds of documents in (big) organization is history because we have ZieSo for doing that.

We already made two concept logo's to give inspiration and to give a good idea.

1. where the file tabs form a "S" (zieso_logo_concept1.jpg)
First of all it has to form a "Z" in stead of a "S" see example reference
Our idea was like a top view on a file cabinet with folders. The tabs of the folders form a "Z". Also, the logo also has to show a founded file. lifted up outside of the file cabinet. (see found.jpg)

2. A more 3d like logo (zieso_logo_concept2.jpg) but also needs your thoughts and improvement on it (Make it look more professional, powerful).

We are not willing to go down the 3D route, this with the target group in mind and doesn't look that professional as 2d logo. But in this case make use of ways to make a 2d logo look 3d by using good perspective and colours etc.

Use of colors:
There should be good colors for the several packages available, this way you would know what product you are purchasing.
(example of colours we would like to use: Zieso colors 230610.doc for different package colors)

For the colors we choose now are maybe too dark. We should choose something more straight, with about 30 to 50 percent black in it.
Let me know your thoughts on this.

As long as it is:
bordeaux like colour for Premium package
green like colour for Premium pro package
blue for Custom package

Combined with gray and colours:
The colors can also be combined with gray and the tabs of the files can have several colours as well, see: zieso_logo_concept1.jpg for example)

Slogan:
We are working on a slogan as well, but the working slogan we can use for now would be "zoekt 't uit"

Typography:
The use of the typography is still open but keep the target market in mind and it has to be a unique type.

The target market is of the upmost importance.

That is why the corporate identity has to look very:
- corporate (for large businesses only, NOT for consumers)
- professional
- reliable / trustworthy
- solid, almost conservative
- discreet

- Perfect communicative skills. Not only in design but also in words. Someone who knows what he is talking about and inform us at all times. Also being able to write a visual brand identity manual.

- Completely captures our idea(s) and makes perfect revisions on our already made concepts

- Understands the target market very well and will do everything to get the best result.

What we don't want:

- Use corny standard design stuff like a magnifying glass or eyes etc.
