LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Brand spankin' new indie game studio developing (initially only) for mobile platforms.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a logo and stationary designed to go with it.
We're not sure exactly what kind of design we want. So we are leaving it to you as the designer to be creative, and then we'll take it from there, giving you feedback. We do want something original or unique and which has a clear sense of design.
Whatever you come up with, it needs to have "Pulse9 Studios". Note that it doesn't have to be capitalized the same way. It can be all caps or lowercase as well, but nO aLtErNaTiNg CaSeS. Not that we would expect that, but better safe than sorry.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Anyone who plays mobile games. In the future we will expand our market, however, and so we would want our image to be something that will continue to be appropriate through the times.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

http://logopond.com/gallery/ (not just the first page.)
In the two links above there are a wide variety of logos, and we like a lot of them. So these are here maybe more for inspiration towards a somewhat general idea and level of polish rather than pointing out specific likes and dislikes. Obviously not all the designs would apply to the type of company we have as well (i.e. there are some logos that are for foods).
