HomeStory Real Estate Edits
What do you do?
Here is some copy from an email I will be sending out...
"I just wanted to make a quick intro and offer you my creative services as I launch a new division of my marketing/production company focusing on residential real estate. I would love to visit one of your listings and produce a video/photo package that will not only feature the propertys highlights but provide you with a Hollywood quality edit that will attract leads long after the listing has sold.
I am a multiple EMMY award winning producer that knows all the industry tricks of the trade that help attract an audience, hold their attention, and keep them coming back for more. By using a blend of smooth aerial and interior shots, all of my edits are engaging, cinematic and most importantly, connect with your viewers. My style is natural and organic without being flashy and distracting.
If you are up to date about what top agents are using in their marketing tool box, mobile video is quickly becoming the go-to asset as it can be easily viewed anywhere at anytime. Great video edits also keep tours and showings to a minimum while creating maximum interest in the property. The goal is to not only sell the property but to sell you as a realtor with a vision."

Describe the target audience for your logo and stationery
Realtors looking to step up their marketing game and get away from that "typical realtor look." I believe it tends to skew more female than male.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your logo and stationery?
I believe in simple yet sophisticated while being on the cutting edge. High Quality and Artful. I'm kinda of thinking a house needs to involved somewhere in the logo. but try and convince me otherwise. Other photographers use a drone or camera in their logos.
Style and Concept
What logo and stationery styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
What colors do you want to see in your logo and stationery?
I like Orange, Blue, Gray.
Red, Black, White.
All not necessarily in those groups or orders.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo and stationery?
Open to all ideas.
What adjectives should best describe your logo and stationery?
Love to give the colors and feel of old Hollywood a try but not a must have.
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Email, Website, Business Cards, Animated End Logo for videos.
Do you have additional info or links you want to share?
I would also like to explore the idea of a three second animation that wraps into the resulting end logo for use as the tag for the edits.
Also, don't let the music of the video steer you towards one feeling. Each video will use different music mostly settled in the Happy Lounge/Acoustic Vibe.
