We would like a clean and simple logo that conveys a strong corporate feel. It would be nice for the logo to convey the healthcare industry focus of the company in a subtle way, but its not required.
The HCM in the company name is shorthand for Healthcare Construction Management. We would like a version that includes just the logo and a version that includes a tagline Healthcare Construction Management for use in situations where the HCM designation is not well known, but we can deal with the tagline in the wrap-up phase if thats easier for the designer.
