LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Green Grows Marketing is a marketing firm that helps eco-focused companies increase market share and drive customer lifetime value. We do this through developing positioning strategies, marketing programs, and a deep understanding of the voice of the customer. Green Grows was founded on the premise that revenue opportunities can go largely missed because early stage eco-friendly companies' brands may suffer from lack of authenticity and they may not fully understand, adapt to and monetize their customers or prospects needs for their product or service.
This logo and business card design is for a company I have always wanted to start but wasn't ever quite ready to, until now. For many years I've cared out about the sustainability of our planet, from its animals to plants, and joining different causes to reverse the unfortunate impact humans have had on it. I've planted my own vegetables, gardened, and spent a lot of my time enjoying the outdoors while practicing a 'leave no trace' policy. That's of course in addition to the volunteer work, memberships to non-profits, etc...I can't imagine living my life any other way. As cliche as this all sounds - my ideal state was to combine my passion for marketing with helping the companies that want to do the same thing: help live sustainably. And with Green Grows, I can do that.
Most of my friends and family have always called me "the nature girl" if that helps paint a picture...I lived in the Colorado mts for 5 years and now reside in Seattle.
Green Grows Marketing wants to help those businesses who have started their energy, packaging, building, consumer good companies because, not only can I help them grow, but I believe in what they're doing.
The marketing firm helps these companies with the following:
Positioning & Messaging
Differentiators & Benefits
Online: social networking, PPC, SEO, email, etc
Traditional: events, webinars, partnerships
Monetizing customer programs
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Logo - will be used on everything from an email signature to blog to business cards.
Business cards - will be used sparingly at conferences and meetings as necessary.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Small to medium business owners of LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health & Sustainability) and eco-focused companies (energy, etc...)
When eco-focused companies need to ensure their message is authentic, they want to attract and acquire the highest value customers and they want to delight and retain them with their product/service offering, they call on Green Grows Marketing.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
We don't like any kind of font that's childish like Comic Sans Serif; don't want any kind of obvious nature font that looks leafy - prefer something modern without being cold. Don't want grass or anything else growing out of the logo as don't want people to think we're a landscaping company. Color does not have to be green; want the logo to look hip/savvy - not old fashioned.
