LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Daniel Capital Group ("DCG") is a small firm that accomplishes big things. We help private companies access money to get things done ("capital formation"). We help companies acquire or merge with other companies. We invest money into private business and partner with them to create success. We are trusted advisors brought into situations where our expertise is critical to achieving a successful outcome. Our business has grown through referrals and repeat business from highly satisfied clients.

We are different that most folks that do what we do. We are creative and unconventional, but we are solid all day. We love what we do. We know that if we do right by the client, we will win. We live by the motto "don't tell me, show me". We are an ethical, driven, witty, group that likes to have fun and can laugh at ourselves. We put our money where our mouth is. We do serious business but don't take ourselves too seriously.

Externally viewed materials produced by us (letters, offering memoranda, web pages) are typically 10 point, verdana, justified.

The current DCG logo/letterhead is in Copperplate Gothic (light and bold) and uses small caps/large caps.

to date, all logos, websites, etc. were homegrown--it's time to get some real talent on the job :)

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Ideally, we want logo/indentity, including colors/patterns, if appropriate, that can be used across all touch points (letterhead, biz cards, web, etc.). The finished product should be able to be used by professionals that we hire (need to re-do Web page) and by ourselves for homegrown stuff. tag lines are welcome as well.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

entrepreneurs, existing customers, prospective customers, other participants in the capital markets, media outlets, employees, prospective employees, the curious general public

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

we must have relevance, simplicity, humanity. we are not bound by any constrictions. anything goes. be smart. be clever. be creative. show us your best. surprise us! We like clean, simple, fresh, elegant, and impressive. We dislike clutter, same old, routine, safe, typical, and boring.
