"Cornerstone Real Property Management" is a new property management startup that is melding a modern approach to long standing property management experience. We will be integrating processes and technology, traditionally reserved for larger portfolios, straight to the residential and multi-family building owners to bolster investor confidence and enable their informed and data driven decision making.
What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Cornerstone Real Property Management
You'll receive designs for biz cards, letterhead and envelopes.
We would like for the logo to use a defined color palette but we will need the logo to be able to convert to black and white for scanning purposes.

Real Estate Property Management - Including single family (house) and multi-family (apartments)
Describe the target audience for your logo and stationery
Our target audience is split in two groups. The first group is comprised of owners/investors of both single family homes (one unit) and multi-family apartment complexes (many units). This owner/investor group is the audience that we must sell our services to with a professional marketing appearance.
The second group is the general public that want to rent a home or apartment. This is the audience that must be attracted to our properties. The brand designs should be attractive, memorable, and distinct to separate us from the hundreds of other real estate companies in the area.
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your logo and stationery?
We are a real estate company that specializes in property management.
We are using modern practices and technology to improve the experience of both tenants and owners.
We are structured and professional.

What logo and stationery styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
We would like a text AND image logo.
What colors do you want to see in your logo and stationery?
We don't have a set colors yet so the colors you design with will become our company's color palette. We want fresh colors but must make sure it stays professional.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo and stationery?
We do not want colors that will date the logo 5 or 10 years down the road. Also, we should stay away from unprofessional colors such as neon, etc.
What adjectives should best describe your logo and stationery?
Fresh, Modern, Strong, Stewardship, Professional, "Real Management for Real Property"
Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
Our logo and brand colors will be reused on everything such as business cards, letterhead, website, yard signs, clothing, vehicle wraps and signage, brochures and other marketing material.
