We are another real estate brokerage based in San Francisco. Our purpose is to list and sell real estate utilizing best practices and working intimately with all those involved in the process to ensure smooth, stress-free transactions. We will earn our pay!

Logo is the most important followed by biz cards. Letterhead and envelopes would be nice.

Describe the target audience for your logo and stationery

San Francisco is an "old money" city that also has a huge presence in the forefront of technology and trends. Buyers and sellers of real estate here fall in a true melting pot. Examples of buyers are young couples, young families and traditional families. They can be employed as anything from teachers to city workers to C-level executives for technology or banking related firms. The city is highly-educated with a tolerance for innumerable lifestyles and interests. San Francisco is diverse with countless ethnic backgrounds.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your logo and stationery?

All materials should show a high level of overall sophistication, appealing to those "stuck in the past" as well as those "forward-thinkers". Something that will appeal to everyone is what we are trying to achieve.

Style and Concept

What logo and stationery styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?

The actual logo is exceptionally important. As our presence grows, we want the general public to easily identify the logo with the company. We should be able to use text and logo independent of each other, but they should also work cohesively.

IMPORTANTLY, the logo should be SIMPLE. Less elements work better than something that's busy.

Surprise us! It's important that the logo copies well as black and white since documents will be photocopied as such.

We may narrow down as we see examples.

What adjectives should best describe your logo and stationery?

Sophisticated, trendy yet conservative, timeless. Let's try bold and slightly subdued while we're at it. Fun and serious works.

Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?

Logo will be used anywhere we have a presence. Initial examples include exterior A-Frame stands to direct parties to a home, flyers handed out to prospective buyers and sellers, on the website, and business cards.

One will find plenty of Victorian and Edwardian styles in San Francisco. I personally like New Modernism.
