LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Repka Private Investment Fund, LLC is a small, private mutual fund that has a relatively sophisticated investor base. We have been in business since 2001. I am the founder and manager of the fund.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
Due to Securities and Exchange Commission rules, we cannot advertise to the public at large.
I am looking for a "remake" of my self-done logo/letterhead (attached) to be used for correspondence with the fund's investors.
Other than the basic idea of turning an "R" on its side to represent the stock market, I am open to ideas. I think the colors should be fairly "basic", but I would like more "flair" as far as the logo goes.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
I want the fund's investors to be able to see an original-looking, memorable logo, but not to think that I am going to get too "creative" with the management of their money.
I want the investors to feel that I am consistent and efficient, conservative but an individual at the same time.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
About the only thing that comes to mind is the logo for Orange County Choppers - not that I would want the new logo to necessarily look like this, but I like the flowing lines and creativity as far as making the letters into a motorcycle:

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:
No bright colors, please. I am fairly certain I want to keep the idea of the sideways "R" representing the stock market.
