Creative Brief

Who are you?

I am a start-up jewelry company. My current collection involves enamel hearts large and small, both necklaces and rings. I use a range of colors for my hearts but mainly bright colors...I think about Pop art when i design my stuff. I've been told my collection hits the right note between cute while not being cute-sy and having an edge to it.
My focus is on detail, QUALITY and is made here in nyc.

What do you need?

A logo and stationery - will be used to create a recognizable cohesive brand for this growing business.
Although the focus of my current collection is hearts, I will be incorporating other design elements in future collections so I do not want hearts in my logo.
I have a background in art, have worked at blue chip galleries and pay close attention to things that are detailed and aesthetically pleasing. I am looking for something that makes you wanna reach out and grab it...like Louboutin studded heels.

Who Is Your Audience?

My audience ranges right now from late teen to mid sixties - the late teen TEEN VOGUE reader to the mid-thirties/early 40s mom to the hip mid-60 year olds. The collection I have right now has that broad appeal.

Adjectives I like: clean, fresh, yummy, tactile, alluring.
I like bright colors like a disco floor but I want to appeal to a broad audience too so nothing too specific or skewed to one age group. I like the delicate balance between rock n roll and sweet. Not like "leather and lace", but rather bold yet accessible.
