We take those digital files and transcribe them creating a Microsoft Word document within 12 hours and return the document to the client via secure e-mail. It is a great tool for capturing vital information in the field when the information is fresh in the technician or sales represtentatives mind. Office staff can use the transcribed document to send to insurance companies and other customers. Managers can use the information to schedule jobs and resources and quickly review all the work thier technicians or sales staff have done. The informtion can also be used for estimating damages, repairs, resourses needed on the job, to do items for a project or follow up for sales leads.
