What do you do?
We are an AV rental company.
What is the exact name you would like in your stationery?
You'll receive designs for biz cards, letterhead and envelopes.
We would like business cards and letterhead, but need a few different envelopes - a standard letter (#10), a standard letter window envelope (#10 left window), and a 9-1/2 x 12-1/2 envelope. We also need a 2" x 4" label (name/logo, address, and toll-free number).
What is your industry?
Describe the target audience for your stationery
Anyone who needs to plan/host any kind of meeting or event for two to about three hundred people... wedding planners, event/meeting planners, restaurateurs, contractors, architects, sports club/event managers, families having special event celebrations, continuing education groups, professional associations, medical sales, government agencies, houses of worship...
What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your stationery?
Professional & High Quality
Personal, Quality Service
Simplicity & Reliability
Style and Concept
What stationery styles do you like?
We aren't too picky. We just want something that looks very clean, creative & professional. We do NOT want anything too busy.
What colors do you want to see in your stationery?
We're pretty open here too, depending on the design. Simple, yet uniquely creative.
All files should be CMYK - not RGB.
Any black should be a rich black vs. black. Rich black prints true black, while black prints slightly off-black. Rich black is Cyan 50%, Magenta 40%, Yellow 40% and Black 100%.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your stationery?
No RGB please
What adjectives should best describe your stationery?
Uniquely creative, yet simple and professional. Should have some feel-good energy to it.
Do you have additional info or links you want to share?
Please size images so the cut line allows for a 1/8" bleed and a 1/8" safety. This works well with most printers.
Please make sure all fonts are outlined, so nothing drops out in printing.
All files should be saved for CS5.

video: address to be determined
Business cards can be printed on both sides. They should include the standard information, plus a Direct Line, and have room for an extension after the main number.
We would like to include a webpage address (www.avadvantage.net), a video link, and social media icons (FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ & FourSquare) where appropriate, and where we can do so without cluttering things up too much.
Not all information needs to be included on every piece, but should be appropriate to the medium. This includes the tag line. Although we would like to promote our tag line as much as possible, there are times when it will be more appropriate to leave it out or place it in another location. Either is ok.
I am attaching an image to get you started. There is one small change being made today. I will upload the replacement file tomorrow, along with few other file types.
We will try to comment on each entry: voting as we can, but probably only commenting once each day. We would love to offer more money - we greatly appreciate the work of creatives, but have other projects and a very tight budget. We are looking forward to the future using products created through crowdSPRING. :) Thank you for participating!
A little about us... IF you are interested: (no instructions from here down)
Customers love: our affordability - about half of what most venues charge for equipment rental; personal, quality service - no answering machines and we are attentive!; 24hr technical support; we do the planning for them - all they need is the size of the space and number of people (usually between 2-300 people); our ease-of-use - they call us, tell us their venue and group size, we connect them with everything they need, and equipment arrives at the venue the day before the event; equipment comes in custom cases with detailed custom instructions (we rarely do onsite setup - if you can connect a DVD player, you can set up our equipment); the custom cases mean the equipment just gets put back in the box - no packing required; they drop the case at the venue's desk or at the local post office and it will come back to us safely; and we have a 99% no-fail rate.
