Target Audience

What is your industry?

Real Estate and Construction

Describe the target audience for your stationery

Other professionals in the industry - banking, construction, other brokerage office, as well as our current and future tenants, and investors.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your stationery?

1. Our tagline is Inspired Urban Environments
2. We want to present ourselves as modern, but also a little different and fun. We do not do business in the same way as the traditional larger real estate companies do - we all wear jeans, our properties all have a significant amount of art in them, we work in untraditional areas, we spent a lot of time as an organization volunteering in our community, we develop projects that aren't "safe" - we have really embraced a different culture than most in the industry, so we don't want our card to feel too boring, or old school, or safe. Can you do all of that in a business card??
3. A certain amount of calm - we want you to trust us with a lot of money, so nothing too out of the box.

Modern, clean, unique, bold
