Who are you?
Three guys on a mission to support other men to become grounded powerful leaders in the lives, families and communities.
To support men in reinventing and re-identifying with their own masculine energy and develop pride in calling ourselves Men in society. To develop a sustainable framework for men to develop and display their own unique character based on the key principles of Accountability, Transparency and Vision.
The work of men is to step up and step into our life as a Rising Man. Each man has a choice to be a rising man or a descending man. Nothing remains static in our world. There are consequences to all our actions. Where the descending man weakens himself by making excuses for his circumstances, the rising man embraces responsibility for the world he lives in. There are No Excuses.
Each of us in our lives experiences events, people and circumstances that are difficult. Our ability to meet and face these moments are determined not by problem solving strategies but rather by how we want to be as men. Whether you wordsmith problems into challenges or opportunities for growth or learning, it matters not. At the work of men we dont coach problems, we coach men into becoming the kind of man he has always wanted to be.
Men need to sit together and be willing to risk and grow through telling the truth. In order to fully make it, men need other men to challenge, love and champion them.
The principles at the work of men are simply no excuses, no avoiding, and no blame. We replace these instead with accountability, transparency, and vision. A man is both accountable and responsible to and for his impact in the world. Freedom, a mans core value, is only achieved through being transparent about who he is. A man without vision and direction is like a rudderless ship adrift at sea.
The rising man gives up complaining about his life, spouse, boss, parents and kids and focuses his energy on his own power to create and set the tone for the life he wants. No Excuses.
