LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Concourse Group is a fully insured, fully funded search and placement service for companies looking for professionals advanced in their fields. See www.concoursegroup.net. With our management teams expertise, we are particularly suited to the non-IT focused, 'other' technical areas; scientific, materials engineering, automation, green jobs, telemetry, etc. We are taking the placement industry a step beyond what legacy agencies have done, in that we maintain a national network of formal, vetted, specialized partnerships. This way, we can provide the best recruiting at the lowest rates and fees, for technicians in every field.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

In 2009 we set up a business-card style, Web 2.0 website. It's become obvious now we need to expand it and install a home page that looks more "regular." We don't want it to look like a template from Microsoft or anything, but we do need a nice one page, clear, concise, attractive site that displays our core competencies at first glance.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

This is tricky because we have 2 audiences; 1) Hiring managers and HR professionals at high-tech firms looking for high-tech people and, 2) High-tech professionals looking for gigs or full time jobs. I'd like to see some kind of split between the two that's more creative than just "click here for hiring managers" and "click here for candidates." I was thinking along the lines of two figures on each side, shaking hands in the middle of the screen. But we aren't designers and we are wide open to ideas.

WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:

We need to leave in all of the web 2.0 social networking links. We'll be adding more after this is done. We don't want any stock photography; icons, avatars, figures, are ok, but not stock photos. We'd like a full page, not a big frame. Muted, professional colors that go with our logo. If you need any thing or have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
