LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Avego provides software and hardware systems, as well as consulting services, for improving transportation efficiency for consumers and transportation operators.

We have two main products:

Avego Shared Transport is a free iPhone application, which dynamically matches drivers who have spare seats in their cars with riders who wish to travel the same route at the same time.

Futurefleet is a real-time management system for passenger transport operators. With Futurefleet, bus fleet operators can quickly and easily use an intuitive web interface to enable real-time passenger information; track vehicles in real-time; access detailed management reports; enable online and in-vehicle ticket sales; and manage their stops, routes, schedules and ticket pricing.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We need a new landing page, located at www.avego.com, which will provide an elegant and clear pathway to our two new sub-sites:

Sub-site 1: Shared Transport - dedicated to our Avego Shared Transport iPhone application.

Sub-site 2: Futurefleet - dedicated to our real-time management system for passenger transport operators

We only require a design for the single main landing page, which links to those two sub-sites - not the sub-sites themselves.

The landing page is necessary as we have two separate products, which require their own space. On our existing site, one of our products (Futurefleet) is hidden among the content for our other product, which is confusing for visitors to our site.

The landing page should be very professional, elegant, sophisticated and crisp. We very much like the design at:

That design also branches the site into two distinct sections. It is very elegant, with very simple and smart graphics. We like the subtle shadows and texture of the visual design.

We would like to replicate that visual style, with smart, elegant and simple icons / graphics that clearly portray our two products (a consumer iPhone product and real-time management system for passenger transport - mostly bus operators)

All graphics submitted must also be submitted in Photoshop or Illustrator format, where possible.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

The common element in both of our products is that we want to improve the efficiency of the worlds transportation systems. With our Shared Transport product, we can afford to be slightly more informal than with our Futurefleet product.

For Shared Transport, our target audience are people who would like to save money on their commute to work by sharing spare seats in their cars, people who would like to book a ride in real-time, organizations interested in encouraging carpooling, governments interested in encouraging carpooling.

For Futurefleet, our target audience are passenger transport operators and metropolitan transit authorities who would like to introduce advanced real-time management systems for their fleets at breakthrough price levels up to ten times more affordable than previously available to the industry.
