About Your Company
Toro is founded on a long history of caring relationships based on trust and integrity. These relationships are the foundation on which we build market leadership with the best in innovative products and solutions to make outdoor environments beautiful, productive, and sustainable. While Toro is a relatively unknown brand for consumers in Europe we want them to see Toro as knowledgeable and dependable.
The Target Audience is homeowners in Europe. This group is approximately 30-60 years old. The market in Europe is modern, they are into new technologies. Depending on their region they might receive small amounts of snow a few times a year, or they may live in the mountains and receive large snowfalls often. Our lineup of products accommodates for both, but we want to make the selection process easier for anyone buying a snow blower.
How infographic will be used
This infographic will be used across a variety of platforms. We would like two different layouts, one narrow vertical format to be used in print (think one pane of a trifold), and one layout more suited for digital applications like the web or our internal app. In the future we will look to the possibility of expanding the digital piece to be interactive.
Colors to Explore
Refer to the information in the uploaded ‘Snow Selection Process_content.pdf’. This is the basic content we need included in the infographic. That pdf also shows the selection process we would like to better illustrate. Starting with ‘clearing area’ you are directed to either more questions, or directly to a snow blower/snow blower category. Note there are ‘Toro Tips’ called out in red, those should be included at points where the customer has more than one option to help them choose their model (at the point indicated in the content outline).
Also included is ‘19-506-Master_SnowPocketGuide-Dealer.pdf’. Feel free to reference this document for a better understanding of what these snow blowers are. Note the Electric model is marked in green, Single Stage models in red, SnowMax in yellow, and Two Stage in blue.
Top 3 Things
Modernity, Knowledge, Dependability
We envision an easy to read, intuitive design that is more illustrative than our pocket guide (included in documents provided) but isn’t too much of a departure from our style. The final design should be able to stand on its own, but also work well within our current materials. The design should also be very clean, and conscious of the space it takes up. We are often limited on print, so I imagine the print version to feel more condensed than the web/digital version.
