I require a professional and polished version of the uploaded diagram. The illustration must represent the aspects of the uploaded diagram and their interactions. No hyper stylized interpretations will be considered.

Does your illustration need to be a particular size?

No. It will be used mostly for powerpoint slides and included in reports.

It looks professional. It conveys the interaction of the aspects depicted in the uploaded diagram. The importance of the interaction is clear and intuitive.

Professional and modern. Appropriate for think-tank/ government use.

Primary colours: PMS 541, PMS 543, PMS 428, PMS 416 and PMS 716 (in small amounts).

Illustration must reflect the uploaded image. Not hyper-stylized interpretations will be considered. I simply want a professional version of what is I have supplied.

I should explain a little more about what the diagram represents:

The four boxes represent different aspects of a concept. Those different aspect converge into the center to create an outcome. For that reason, it is important to show the four boxes 'converging'.

The outcome of the larger box can have different values. This is represented by the lower box/ bar. On the left, usually represented in blue, is a positive benefit. On the right, usually represented in red, is a negative outcome. They should both fade inwards to a neutral center - or status quo.

The banner at the top was a part of the powerpoint slide and does not need to be included in the design. I kept it to give a feel for our company's usual style.

We have used the 'steel fish' font for related logos. It does not need to be used, but may look good if it is.
