LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
The product that we market is the pre-bankrtuptcy credit counseling course strictly for people who are in the midst of filing bankruptcy. We do not do debt management plans and the certificate that the client receives after completing the counseling course is required to file personal bankruptcy.
Our target is bankruptcy attorneys. They refer their clients to our company.
Our course is available online or by telephone.
Our online course is available in many languages (a marketing plus). English, Spanish, Chinese,
Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog and Romanian.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We need a handout for attorneys (in the form of tear sheets, about 50 sheets to a stack 4" by 9") to hand out to their bankruptcy clients. They are instruction sheets that guide the clients and inform them of our services. Attached is what we are using now. We just don't care for the busy look to it. Would lke to keep it simple and easy to read...but with the same information.
We attend bankruptcy law conventions (where the lawyers attend) and are in a tradeshow type set-up. We have a booth, and hand out these sheets to attorneys that have interest in our service for their clients.
We also mail these out to attorneys to give to their clients.
We also send them as pdf's by computer to bk attorneys.
Our course is available online or by telephone. Online it is available in several languages which is a good marketing plus in the industry. We also have a very competitive price of $36.00 for the course. By telephone it is available in English only.
We are related (as seen on the flyer) to a Debtor Education Course Company (the 24.00 course).
The bullet points on the submitted brochure are the highlights we like to inform the attorneys and clients about. And, the language on the debtor education information needs to be the same.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Clients of bankruptcy attorneys are our actual customers.
We like to keep it very basic, as there is a wide array of people using this service...from many cultural backgrounds and socio-economic levels.
We want them to think that our service is simple, easy to go through, affordable, and reliable.
We want it simple to follow, and have it pop out, or stand out to make the client want to use us. Usually the attorneys will receive many flyers, etc. at these conventions from other booths, so we want to be easy for them to notice us.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
We feel our current tear sheet is too busy. We would like to cover the information on it, but have it not look so busy.
We have recently added a new look to our tradeshow display. To see the flavor we have moved toward I included a pic of the photograph on our 10 x 10 backdrop display. It will just have our logo on it.
