HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We're STAR12 -- the leading provider of training in North America
We want a character that we can use in our "lighter" advertising -- a "star person" who we will use as a spokesperson to explain benefits and features of STAR12 membership. We want something simple and fun to help us convey some of our more complex concepts.
I actually want 5 versions of the character -- as described below. But, your first submission can be just the #1 version of the character facing forward with eyes wide open. But, if I rate you 4 or higher -- you'll want to create all 5 versions to be in contention for the award (If I rate you 3 or lower -- I'll let you know whether I think tweaking could put your illustration in contention -- or whether your basic premise is just not what I'm looking for).
While there are 5 versions -- they only vary slightly -- so the bulk of the time should be spent on getting the character created ... the versions shouldn't take that much additional work.
____________________________WHAT I NEED:_____________________________

1. Smiling forward facing Both eyes wide open
2. Smiling forward facing winking
3. Smiling with a megaphone to his mouth (as if hes announcing something big)
4. Smiling and point to the right
