LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
We are a 7 year old, 100 person enterprise security company that sells Single Sign-On software to both large enterprises and to SaaS vendors. We're the leaders in our space, with 400 customers, 50 of which are the Fortune 100.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
We've been working on a new website that will launch in about a week or so. We've been working on it for about 3 months. The graphic which is displayed at the top of our main product page PingFederate (the product representing 95%) just doesn't do the product justice.
We simply don't have the in-house skill do to the quality and reputation of our PingFederate product justice. I'd like to see what you are capable of.
Fact is, we have hundreds of website graphics (illustrations) that need to be redone, I'm sort of curious as to whether or not we can find someone here who can help us with on-going illustration work for our website (and other materials).
I'm using this project as a test. The graphic I want redone is labeled 'Ping1'. I've included a copy of some of the other pages in the new site, along with their graphics, as well as a copy of the new homepage. Our current website, which this site is replacing, is here: www.pingidentity.com.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
We sell to IT organizations at large enterprises. Dell, Cisco, Disney, Comcast, Boeing etc. are all customers.
Our target audience is mostly technical, but we do often get line of business folks, and even CIO's looking at our site. I'd say the bulk of our audience is male, 25 to 50 years of age, working at a big company in security or IT.
WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:
Honestly, I'm not sure I have a blue-print to point to that's top of mind. I'm looking for something professional, simple, elegant, yet get's the point across that our product helps companies make secure connections with other companies, their partners, their suppliers, their customers, their SaaS vendors etc. Note that the graphic can't be too far off or look too out of place with the other graphics we have on the site. At some point, we'll likely overhaul all of them, but not now.
As background, our products enable Single Sign-On for users (log in once and go multiple places) and for web applications between companies. Our current visual (Ping1.jpg) is too specific, and it loses power in the process. I think I'm looking for something more visually appealing, that leaves out details, but displays the 'essence' of what we do, which is secure business relationships by enabling single sign-on and identity integration between companies.
