What do you do?

We enable men's higher fashion.

Don't you hate the look of a tired, disheveled crew cut undershirt in a man's collar? Or how about when you can see half of a man's worn out v-neck under his designer shirt? Even worse, nasty pit stains from his preference for a 'wife-beater' undershirt?

Gentlemen; your wives, girlfriends, boyfriends and mistresses don't want to see your underwear while you're attempting to charm them back to your place. We know you have a good fashion sense, but that ratty undershirt from 1997 looks terrible.

The jT solves all of a man's problems (well, ok, maybe just his undershirt problems). Our signature product is an ultra low neck undershirt that stays hidden in his open collar. It keeps a man dry while staying out of sight.

How many pages of illustration do you need?

4 pages, not necessarily complete illustrations

What do you need illustrated?

This is a mobile wrap for a 32 foot rv (2007 Fleetwood Southwind) Both sides will be identical, the back will be unique, the front just needs to be a quick hit message when someone sees us in a rear view.

Does your illustration need to be a particular size?

Yes, coverage of the 32 foot RV. The top of the RV will not be covered.

Target Audience

What is your industry?

Describe the target audience for your illustration

-The target WEARER of the jT will be a man, any age, who due to preference or sweat, wears undershirts underneath his polos, designer dress shirts, business casual wear, resort wear (think Tommy Bahama), or anytime he's not wearing a tie. He takes small steps to look his best, and the jT is a subtle and inexpensive way to get him there.

-The target BUYER of the jT will either be the man described above, or the woman who shops for/with him. This woman loves her man, but that nasty visible undershirt drives her insane...almost to the point of breakup, divorce, or homicide. She has good taste, and likes her man looking good. If she could buy him a $12 undershirt to take him from looking like a 19 year old college boy to Matthew McConnaughy, Brad Pitt (fill in her fantasy), she would.

-This man is located everywhere. He's in your office. He plays golf. He fishes. He's sitting right next to your picking his teeth on your couch.

-The man could be gay, straight, or asexual. He might be reading Maxim, GQ, Golf, Men's Health, Esquire, fishing, biking, or sporting magazines. He could be buried in the Wall Street journal's comic section (do they have one?) or the stock section.

-This man is between 18 and 80. He might like to go clubbing. He might like to go bowling. He could be a hiptser, metro, or hick but man does he hate the look of that undershirt, and so does she.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your illustration?

-The jT is innovative, it's the first undershirt, under his shirt. It's invisible in an open collar. It's the new 4th style of cut in the list of v-necks, crews, and tank tops.
-It's manly to wear and improves 97% of men's looks for a small cost.
-Women need it for their man.

Style and Concept

What lillustration styles do you like?

- I love the two images of the wrapped buses. One is a snake wrapped around a bus to make it look like the bus is being constricted. AWESOME. The second is the shark reef ad on the bus where the doors open up to the shark mouth. ALMOST AS AWESOME. Both of these tie the product to the vehicle perfectly and make memorable vehicles.
-We are trying to nail the same thing as above. How to relate virtually invisible undershirts to an RV where people look at it and say 'Holy S! Great advertising! I will remember that and I will run home and buy one online immediately. This can be a concept

What colors do you want to see in your illustration?

Whites, charcoals, Pantone 306. Use the retail box images as branding guides as well as the website (www.collectedthreads.com). When in doubt, look again at the box.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your illustration?

Anything girly.

What adjectives should best describe your illustration?

Classy, sophisticated, yet affordable. Target all the way up to Bergdorfs. Gender, sexual preference, age, demographic neutral. Use the box as inspiration but not necessarily law. Make men sexy without making them look gay (not trying to offend, just using descriptors) or feminine. Can be edgy but not offensive. CLEVER ad!!!! I CAN'T STOP STARING AT THIS RV...oh my God, I just crashed into the car in front of me.

Where will you use the illustration (print, website, etc.)?

On the mobile wrapped RV.

Do you have additional info or links you'd like to share?

-must include jT logo, website (www.collectedthreads.com), "Enable your higher fashion" and one of the taglines
-Mix of your graphic layout, concepts and our photography. The models look good, let's use them.
-Let's nail the WOW factor. Make this ad a CLEVER think piece.
