What do you need illustrated?

I have attached a document with a Manifesto. The headline is I Believe. Followed by a series of separate but inter-related thoughts. I want the layout to be as compelling as the words. Not overly produced but a strong visual that pulls people in - to want to read the whole thing - and ultimately download and pass it on to their entire team. And to buy a poster version of it from us.

They should get a sense of inspiration from reading the manifesto.

Does your illustration need to be a particular size?

I'd like to provide as a download for 8.5 x 11 but then also larger that I can have printed "poster size" (is that 18x24?) to be sold.

Our target audience includes CEO's and other leaders of distribution businesses/ These are often slow to change organizations and I want this manifesto in their offices as a discussion piece about the change that is needed.
