We are a heating and cooling business primarily marketing to homeowners - but also market to small businesses. I like bright creatives. Our company colors are: Reflex Blue and 199 Red. We need a creative to make homeowners aware that regular maintenance on their heating and cooling system is extremely important and will save them money in the long run. The wording should clearly inform the buyer of the benefits they receive from a regular HVAC maintenance. (For instance, we want to personalize the wording with using the words "you" and "your")

Needs to briefly explain the importance of a maintenance. (Similar to maintenancing a car). (See downloaded artwork.)

We need four pieces: postcard and flyer; each has one for Autumn and one for Spring (one picture will have an air conditioner and the other will have a furnace.)
