Style and Concept
What lillustration styles do you like?
Style is probably graphic, however artistic choice is open (b/w pencil, inc, airbrush, etc., or even color).
The illustration should mimic (may be loosely, but recognizably) one of the famous paintings of Constitutional Convention or Declaration of Independence (full or closeup on front figures) (url's are attached below), but with Founding Fathers replaced by heroes of Celtic, Roman, Greece, German/Scandinavia, Hindu, Iranian, Slavic myths/half-myths. Typical personages could be Tyr, Odin, Thor, Frey, Frigga, Eostre, Zeus, Hera, Athena, Apollo, Hermes, Romulus, Numa Pompilius, Zoroaster, Varuna, Mitra, Indra, Asvins, Melusina, Dagda, Morrigana, Queen Medb, Jarilo, Perun, Svarog, Veles. The list is approximate, personages may be excluded or added depending on artistic taste.
