LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
Our company is an electronic document service provider. We improve how companies communicate with their customers by enabling very simple and interactive documents that can be delivered to clients in any form: web, email, phone, text, smartphones/pda, fax and postal mail.
We provide "Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment" and create interactive PDF's that deliver website functionality (for bill payment, account management, marketing offers, etc)to a customer's email box.
This Software as a service (SaaS) interfaces and integrates information from companies legacy mainframe applications to create, deliver and track high volume yet personally customized documents in all forms.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
A symbol that represents a 21st century customer and all the forms of communications that he/she could use: web, email, phone, text, smartphones/pda, fax and postal mail.
This symbol will be used in all forms of marketing materials for the company - i.e. website, brochures, white papers. It should be simple and clean - easy to understand quickly and scalable (can't take up a half page to see/understand).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Business executives and technologists in Fortune 1000 companies. Smart, sophisticated people that have seen a lot of marketing materials. 35 - 55 year old business man is the typical audience, though will also have women. Functions will range from Senior Management (CEO) to IT, to Finance to Marketing and Customer Service.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
Unfortunately we haven't seen anything to recommend...so let your creativity rule!
Prefer for the image to feel friendly and approachable more than edgy and sharp. Don't think we want a cartoon since the rest of our graphics will not be cartoon-ish.
The company is in the process of changing all it's marketing materials - from logo to website so don't worry about the color selection. Do what looks good and if we need to modify colors later, that is OK
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
No absolutes other than it must represent all the forms of communications.
