LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:
This is a personal project. Lettering/logo for a boat name. Lettering of boat name will be used on apparel (fleece vests, baseball caps, etc.), as well as being converted to a decal to be applied to the boat.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:
I have specific requirements. Boat name is DoubleTime (one word, capital T). First, I need DoubleTime in lettering with a specific font style. The font style (hard to explain, for me anyway) is two parallel lines, with the parallel lines and the space in between the same width. Not too wide, not too narrow. The parallel lines are not closed at the end of the lines/letters. In three attachments, I attempt to illustrate with some somewhat similar examples I have come across (see the "U" for an illustration of the lines not being closed). The Stanford typestyles attached are probably my favorites, among the examples. I would like the font to be not too rounded, and not too boxy/squared either. Second, I need a "logo" of DT in the same lettering. For example, "DT" would be in the front on a hat, with the full DoubleTime lettering on the back of the hat. Perhaps the "D" and the "T" can be staggered in height. I would like both the DoubleTime lettering and DT logo in two colors: black and navy blue. I am not familiar with the file types listed in this posting (EPS, PSD, etc.), but I assume these file types to be provided are standard and will be accepted for conversion to apparel, etc. This is intended to be a straightforward request, perhaps lacking the creativity of some of the impressive work I have seen on the CrowdSpring website (sorry if I disappoint!).
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Me and anyone who sees the boat name on the boat, etc.
