I want to communicate the concept of writing (to demonstrate users can write content), reading (to demonstrate users can read news), and to keep the theme the same across both illustrations so that they look good together on one page. One character should be a white male with black, parted hair drinking coffee in a blue armchair reading a newspaper and smiling. The second character should be a tan-skinned woman with dark hair, red lipstick, writing on a piece of paper with a pencil.
