What do you do?
When a patient comes to Bayless Pediatrics, we provide all the standard services that you would expect at a pediatric practice such as well checks, same day sick visits, immunizations, and school and sport physicals. What makes Bayless special is that we screen for and address any developmental or emotional concerns as well. We also help to manage and prevent chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and obesity. So whether your child is struggling with ADHD, autism, or a recurring ear infection, we can help. Our pediatricians and wellness consultants are in constant communication and take a team approach to determining the best plan of care for your child.
In addition to the clinical team, we also provide our services to support the patient and their family. Our Wellness Navigator will help you navigate and coordinate appointments between the pediatrician and wellness consultant so you can streamline your time at our facility. We also have Care Managers who will call periodically to ensure that your needs are being met and provide any assistance you might need. From finding a pharmacy to being your touch point for feedback, our Care Managers are a friendly resource for patients and their families.
Our staff is bilingual in Spanish and will do their best to accommodate any cultural needs your family might have. We have an after-hours nurse line so your family has someone they can reach out to 24/7. Please be sure to check out our main website and Facebook page for latest news and online appointment scheduling.

The Caterpillars colors will need to work with this website: http://baylesspediatrics.gscadmin.com/
The Caterpillar's name is Bradley.
The caterpillar needs to be friendly.
The Caterpillar is NOT hairy (more smooth) and has stripes.
The Caterpillar can be camouflaged, though, next to other leaves/dirt/trees/branches
The Caterpillar has a mouth, nose and eyes... and its default position is a smile - but it can also make other facial expressions (e.g. sad, confused, excited, scared, laugh, etc)
The Caterpillar needs to appeal to kids from 3-12 yrs old
The Caterpillar needs to have a multicultural competency as our business caters to people of all cultures (and is spanish speaking).
