OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Prospective homebuyers.
With Ivory's incredibly low lot pricing, a new Ivory Home is a better value than a short sale. We want to create a fun and energetic campaign that gets prospective buyers excited about the geat pricing available right now.
WE LIKE THESE EXAMPLES:
We want a colorful campaign--we don't really have any examples of what we want that are online but I will attach some file that show you what we have done the last two years.
WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THIS IN OUR PIECE:
A fun, colorful campaign that gets noticed and conveys the message
We're thinking bold bright colors. It can have a little bit of a 60's vibe but we're mostly thinking of a cool color pallet, bright colors. We will be using a couple of buses that we used in the campaigns from last year. (We DON'T want these buses on our billboard) I'm attaching them so you can see what we've done.

Style: Summer fun...a little bit of 60's would be OK but we'd like a different look than the last two years. If you can come up with a fun way to communicate "Summer Fun" without being psychedelic or heavy into 60's imagery or fonts, that would be great. With the last two campaigns, we have fun bright but faded colors...we're thinking very bold primary colors for this but we're willing to look at everything.
