Why can’t I send a private message to a client?

In the spirit of fair play, we don't offer a private messaging platform for clients and creatives to communicate outside of projects. We used to allow this in the past, but after much experience have eliminated this feature. 

You can communicate with a client via entry comments, once you have submitted an entry to the project. All of your comments and the client’s responses are private.
