As you know, 2020 has brought unexpected and unique challenges for everyone in our global community. People and businesses everywhere are struggling due to the Covid-19 pandemic. While it’s essential for all of us to help those in need whenever we can, this is an especially important time.
We paused our Give Back program earlier this year and are excited to restart it again.
The crowdspring Give Back Program selects a single nonprofit candidate per month (based on the applicants’ involvement in their community and worthy work they’ve already done to help those in need). It provides them with a free design project. These organizations can be anywhere in the world. Due to the cultural challenges we face as a society today, we particularly encourage organizations working to empower minorities to apply.
Neither crowdspring nor any crowdspring creatives receive any compensation for any Give Back project posted on our site. The crowdspring team spends many hours with each Give Back client to help them craft their creative brief and to help them manage the project.
As with all projects on crowdspring, participation in Give Back projects is voluntary.
All Give Back projects will include the words “Crowdspring Give Back” in the title for easy identification.
We will have one Give Back project per month (as you know, we work with many worthy non-profit organizations, most of which post regular projects. But sometimes, some charities simply don’t have the funds to post a standard project. And that’s where the Give Back program can help).
Since 2008, crowdspring’s Give Back program, in collaboration with our community, has provided free design services to dozens of nonprofits and charitable groups in the U.S. and around the world.
We’re proud that together we’ve helped:
nonprofit organizations working to improve sanitation and water availability across Africa,
organizations that help autistic kids and their parents, organizations that help animals,
organizations working to improve the environment,
organizations working to improve access to technology for inner-city kids,
organizations working to improve the safety of products created for children,
and many more worthy causes.
Providing design services to such worthy organizations aligns with our mission to provide quality, affordable design to any person, business, or organization. Design can empower and transform. And, our Give Back program is one way that, together, we can help those in need.
As a creative community, you have embraced this philanthropic effort in the past, and it is our hope that you will continue to do so at a time where there is such great need. We know that we have the best creative community in the world, and we are gratified to be able to connect your skills with worthy organizations.
If you have any questions about the Give Back program, please contact our team. We look forward to partnering with you in these efforts.
