Your billing information, including your billing address, credit card info and payment history, all lives in the Billing tab in your crowdspring account. To find the Billing tab click your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and select “Account” from the menu that drops down.
Then click “Billing” on the top left side.
To update your billing info, simply make the changes you would like and then click the pink “Save Changes” button.
To update your payment method, click the blue “Change” button next to your current payment method.
You can also access your past projects and payment history at the bottom of your billing page. You can even download copies of your receipts at any time by clicking on the receipt PDF on the right side of the screen. That’s pretty darn convenient.
