What if I don’t like any of the entries submitted to my project?

We want you to be thrilled with your crowdspring experience and we’re confident you will be!

All crowdsourced design projects on crowdspring are covered by our 100% guarantee. Our guarantee states that if you don’t find an entry you like, we'll refund the entire cost if you notify us within 30 days of your project closing. Simply send us a written message or call us within 30 days and we'll get right on it.

We offer this guarantee because we know you'll find a design (typically multiple designs) that you'll be thrilled with. But in the end, it comes down to two simple facts:

First of all, the creatives generally give you exactly what you ask for (after all, they're trying to win your award). If you take the time to write a good, clear creative brief, it will be obvious exactly what you're looking for - and they'll give it to you.

Second, you'll get out of the process exactly what you put in. If you take the time to give comments and feedback on your entries, we've found that you'll have 5 TIMES as many creatives work on your project! No kidding. And those entries get stronger and stronger with your guidance.

Most entries come in the last days of the project, so be sure to hang in there until the end.

Naming Projects

Our guarantee is different in naming projects. In naming projects, we guarantee you will receive at least 100 names to choose from. If you don’t receive at least 100 names and you’re not happy with your choices, you can get a full refund. If you get 100 names or more, your project is no longer eligible for a refund. You can learn more about that here.

Elite and 1-to-1 Projects

Elite projects and 1-to-1 projects are always non-refundable. These projects allow you to work very closely with a small number of designers and when the project ends, you will own the Intellectual Property rights to your favorite entry(s). We feel it's only fair that each designer is paid for their time and effort in these cases.

Assure Your Project

Also, keep in mind that you have the option of “assuring” your project at the time you post it or at any time before it closes. When you assure your project, you promise that a creative will be awarded and paid, and as a result, waive your right to request a refund. Many clients assure their project because assured projects receive more entries from more creatives.

Get started with confidence. It’s a win/win!
