You received a payment confirmation email but have not been paid yet. What gives?

It is up to you to schedule when your payments are released. You can release payments immediately after you complete a project, or hold them and 'bundle' multiple awards into one larger payout.

In your mySPRING page, there is a tab labeled "Payment" and this is your control panel for any payments due from the completed projects you have won. On this page, you can store and edit your PayPal and bank account wire information and schedule the payments at your convenience!

When you schedule a payment, it will appear on the list in the Payment history section at the bottom of the page. There you will see displayed the amount to be paid, any fees that will be deducted, the type of payment (PayPal or Payoneer), the account the payment will be sent to, the date payment is scheduled to be released, the status of the payment (pending, paid, or cancelled) and a link to view the projects that are included in that payment. For pending payments, you can click the link labeled "cancel" and those projects will return to the list of Projects awaiting payment at the top of the page.

We make payments via PayPal and Payoneer every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the end of the business day CST. In order to be included, payouts must be scheduled prior to Midnight CST of the day before a payment day.

If you are a newly registered creative, we may hold your first project payment for 30-60 days after completion of the project wrapup.


PLEASE NOTE: crowdSPRING is based in the United States, so payments will not be sent on these major US Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas Day. The payments will be sent out on the next scheduled payment day.
