Once you have been awarded a project (congrats!), you will complete the wrapup steps with your Buyer. When the Buyer approves your final files, the project status is changed to "Completed" and your payment becomes available for payout whenever you are ready. (Note: If you are a newly registered creative, your award will not be available to schedule for 30 days after completion of your first project wrapup.)
In your mySPRING page, there is a tab labeled "Payment" and this is your control panel for any payments due from the completed projects you have won. On this page, you can store and edit your PayPal and Payoneer account information and schedule the payments at your convenience! We make payments every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In order to be included, payouts must be scheduled prior to Midnight CT of the day before a payout day.
There is never a charge to Creatives for payments made to your PayPal account; if you do not have a PayPal account, we recommend that you register an account right now. For Creatives who reside in a country where PayPal payments are not available, you can choose to be paid through Payoneer and select one of their methods. You can read more about Payoneer here.

PLEASE NOTE: crowdSPRING is based in the United States, so payments will not be sent on these major US Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas Day. The payments will be sent out on the next scheduled payment day.
