ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL INFO? (OPTIONAL)
WorkPlace Media is a print media company that does direct mail programson behalf of major retail, restaurant, and CPG brandsto businesses across the nation. In other words, instead of sending offers, ads, and coupons to peoples homes, we send them to where they work. We have been able to do this for over 20 years because of our network of over 920,000 American businesses nationwide that have given us permission to send these items for their employees.
Heres how it works:
A major restaurant marketer asks us to execute a workplace program.
We send the restaurants coupons to our network of businesses.
The materials are addressed to a Host Employer Contact at each company who is familiar with our program. This is typically the Human Resource Director.
That person then takes all the coupons and personally distributes them to the companys employees.
Both the company and employees love this program! It gives the employers a way to say thank you for a job well done, and it gives the employees great discounts at local restaurants. The employees view the coupons as a perk for working there, and it established good will between the two. In fact, they want more than want we are able to sendthats how much its loved in the businesses.
Heres what we need:
Despite our 20 years of doing this, weve found it difficult to find photos that represent that point at which an employer gives his/her employee a coupon. Thats where we need your help. We are looking for 1 photo.
The facial expressions need to be genuine and show persuasive emotion (gratitude from both parties). Suppose you work for a large corporation, and your boss stops by, gives you a great discount coupon for a local restaurant and says, Thanks for a job well done. We need that moment captured.
The coupon being handed to the employeeapproximately 3.5 x 8.5should not have any recognizable brand in the photo, as we have many clients and want that aspect to be generic.
1 employer and 1 employee
Employer dressed in suit; employee in white collar clothes, but not as dressy as a suit.
Boss should be handing coupon to employee in employees workspace, which means that boss is most likely standing and employee sitting at desk in front of computer that is turned on.
The photo must have a professional look.
