We are a Canadian B2B expense management company that will work with the clients current cellular, Internet, T.V, & business phone provider and negotiate a reduction in price without sacrificing needs or wants of the client. Our current brand is CellChoice however we often are mistaken for a service provider IE: Rogers or Bell. We would like to re-brand to speak to exactly what we do and eliminate any confusion. This industry that we are in is not clearly defined to our client base which causes difficulty with creating the name. You will also be defining an industry in a sense with the name you create.
We find many entries are geared towards are residential market. We are not looking for a "flashy" name. We are looking for a professional corporate name that describes that we increase our clients profit or bottom line by lowering their communication expenses.It's an incredibly difficult name to come up with as the industry is not clearly defined. Our perceived value is our clients do not have to "shop" for the best rates, negotiate a better rate with their current provider and above else not have to deal with the constant frustrations that go along when trying to negotiate better rates. Some of these frustrations are:
Negotiate a better rate and then the "deal" changed, no longer offered or never existed in the first place
Waiting on hold for extended periods of time
dealing with reps that are difficult to communicate with or not understanding the bigger picture or your needs in general
transferred from department to department and not getting any results
negotiating a deal and a month later its not the deal you negotiated
