We are a cutting edge strength & conditioning company that has three main foci. A 5000 sq. foot CrossFit gym/physical training facility located in the midwest. A growing Internet publishing arm that creates robust, no-nonsense, well-designed customizable personal and group use training programs for web-based and multimedia formats. And in the very near future, we plan on introducing some innovative gym and fitness products. Think CrossFit. Think functional fitness. Cross-training, etc. with an emphasis on strength, physical toughness, intensity and durability. We plan on offering some of these training programs available for download with virtual coaching services available.
The name should not be, for lack of a better term, "cute". We also want to avoid any possible copyright infringement with CrossFit, so no entries that Use "Cross-" or any homonym of that.

At our local training facility, our customers vary from local amateurs and professional athletes, fire and law enforcement officers, military personnel and just everyday people interested in getting stronger, faster or healthier.
We are expanding our offerings to attract more professionals whose jobs require high degrees of physical fitness and conditioning to train locally and also remote instruction through purchased training packages (think DoD, FBI, ATF, Firefighting agencies, SWAT)

We envision this company as growing in scope and mission beyond the existing CrossFit brand which is somewhat limited by our association with CrossFit, Inc. also our current name incorporates the local city in the existing company name which makes it harder to take it regional or nationwide.
