(#1) Technical Job Seekers sometimes referred to as nerds or geeks, i.e. programmers and network technicians (#2) Technical Hiring Managers - these are the clients that we service. They are the ones who technically screen our candidates and make the eventual hiring decision (#3) Human Resource professionals - these members of our audience are non-technical and typically aid in the hiring process - they are typically more concerned with compliance.

I want our tagline to convey 3 things - (#1) We are technical experts ourselves and we are different than other staffing firms (#2) We are focused on a fast, timely delivery (#3) We are focused on a quality delivery

I want to have a feel of technical expertise, speed, expert level knowledge, genuine concern and practicality. The most important aspect of our business is (more than anything technical or any other aspect of our business) relationships. The personal relationships we form with clients and candidates are the most important relationships we possess.
