Company Purpose
Parking lot and roadway maintenance. I have special materials to fill potholes and repair asphalt and concrete that other companies are not using that is cheaper and lasts longer. The materials that I use avoids having to sawcut and remove the old pavement or concrete and eliminates having to get asphalt and concrete at the plants. Which in turn saves the customer money and is a better and longer lasting repair. I also do new construction such as excavation and grading, new asphalt, concrete work, etc when the areas are beyond repair. But my focus is on the maintenance end.

Someone recently told me "you are in the business of buying time". Meaning that I do many multiple types of repairs and maintenance on customers parking lots and am saving them a tremendous amount of money with my types of repairs and am allowing them to postpone major repairs and/or complete replacement of their lots. Kind of the point that I want to get across but also explaining what I am doing to accomplish that
