Who are you?

I am the president of ISIS Papyrus America and the Chief Architect.

I communicate with business executives and market analysts about the goals of today's businesses.

I define the product strategy and now need to enable the marketing organization to sell it to a non-technical audience.

What do you need?

We look for a company or product TAGLINE (3 to 5 words) and a fitting short paragraph of 50 words that will appeal to a non-technical management audience. It must not be about cost saving only!!! The core focus is a consolidated view of the customers in a real-time interaction via all communication channels (Web, email, phone, letters, person)

Papyrus consolidates five different products that most customers already have but can not integrate. Papyrus is very disruptive to a normal business and IT organization. They need to see a huge benefit to make the leap. That benefit is real-time, direct and empowring customer service. The customer is pulled into the business and not kept outside.

Who Is Your Audience?

Business executives and business management.

Their interest is how to make their job easier and less risky. They stretch between controlling their employees and supporting their creativity. Empowerment worries them but they know they need to support their people. Shareholder value is suddenly not everything. Customers have to be more directly supported and not just through the call center, but each person that contacts the customer must have ALL the information (by authorization) available.

The business will thrive through the best in REAL-TIME customer service and not just statistical reports about customer behavior that is always late an inaccurate.
