Capitol Building Services is a Building Services company specializing in window cleaning. Other services include pressure washing, snow removal, metal and marble maintenance, etc. Instead of being known for window cleaning, we want to stress our role as a full service company. We have been in business since 1981 and I am a second generation owner (family owned). Located and operated in NYC, there are a lot of companies to compete against.
HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:
Current clientele is 90% hospitality industry and 10% residential/commercial. Our intended target audience for this year on will be commercial office buildings (30 stories and above). Therefore generally speaking we deal more with general managers, building managers, purchasing directors and other executives. More often than not caucasian males in their late 30s to early 50s. Quality, standard of excellence and professionalism is the standard message. In addition, our message is that we are a full service company and we market trust and a close, regular face-to-face relationship.
