What do you need?
I need a book cover that intrigues the reader and promotes curiosity. I want it classy, but sexy is OK. The setting is 1943-1947, WWII. Characters: Jade, a 21-year old Hispanic WAC who is a show dancer and a horsewoman. Her flame: Dr. Julian Rose, rocket scientist with the Manhattan Project. A Navaho/Hopi Shepherd, mid to late 30s. Kokopelli and/or Kachinas of the Southwestern tribes. A Sartarian: Bottom half is like a millipede, with rhythmically undulating cilia, upper half with multiple tentacles (octopus head?). A Nazi officer. A Jesuit Priest. A 5-year-old deaf mute Polish girl. A UFO. Red Cloud, the Native American Chief and mystic. Select any or all.
Who Is Your Audience?
Science Fiction readers. Conspiracy theorists. Romantic novel readers. World War II buffs.
We Like These Examples
I have a group of about two dozen icons that I assembled that are representations of the subject matter. I could send these in an email. I assume many of them are copyrighted so I have been advised not to use them at the Chapter divisions, as I once wanted to. firstname.lastname@example.org
We Absolutely Must Have
