The book is called "So Your Boss Can't Lead?". Subtitle is A Practical Guide to be the Boss You Want. So Your Boss Can't Lead is a hands on practical guide to looking at the broad strokes of leadership. It covers the history of leadership and why great leadership is important today. In the book, I discuss the importance of communication, vision casting, strategic thinking and planning, character, and coaching. It is a very practical book that has 3-4 questions at the end of each chapter so that the reader may evaluate their current leadership skills in relation to the topic they read about in that chapter.
