Who are you?

I am author self-publishing my own book.

What is your industry?

Publishing and Media

What do you need?

I need a mind-blowing apocalyptic cover for a book about the end times.

You could go in one of several directions:

1. Historical: The cover could feature elements from the AD70 Roman siege of Jerusalem (burning city/temple, siege engines, falling walls)

2. Mystical: art inspired by John's Revelation (think angels and wrath)

3. Something completely different - I'm open to suggestions

But don't get carried away with the artwork - the title needs to pop off the cover.

Although this is a Christian book, I am not looking for anything overtly religious - so no bleeding crucifixes or weeping Marys. And no demons, zombies, or anything I'd be reluctant to show my children.

Size: eBook cover and PDF counterpart for print-to-order version. Focus on the eBook cover first.

PLEASE NOTE: it is important that this cover design be recognizable at 80 x 115 pixels when viewed on Amazon.

Who Is Your Audience?

People interested in the fall of Jerusalem or the end times and the return of Christ (mostly Christians).

Requirements

We Like These Examples

Kaulbach's painting of the Destruction of Jerusalem might get the creatice juices flowing, but feel free to go in a different direction.
